A separate toilet is often the smallest room in the house, and one of the quickest to transform. In this project the old toilet made way for a clean, modern design.
What we did
- Removed the old toilet, tiles and cistern
- Built a frame for a concealed cistern with a black flush plate
- Fitted a wall-hung toilet, which leaves the floor free and easy to clean
- Tiled the walls and floor in large light tiles
- Created a shelf niche finished with green metro tiles as an accent
- Installed a compact hand basin with a black tap
Small room, big difference
Because the cistern is hidden in the wall, the room feels deeper. The niche gives space for decoration without taking up floor space. A job like this takes much less time than a full bathroom.
